At We Sew, we aim to process and deliver your school uniforms, workwear, and garment printing orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Please read our Shipping Policy below for information about delivery times, charges, and important order details.
 

1. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 working days after payment has been received.

During busy periods such as back-to-school season, processing times may be longer. We will always do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

For personalised, embroidered, or printed garments, additional processing time may be required.

2. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to customers within:

  • Swansea

  • Neath Port Talbot

  • South Wales

  • Selected UK mainland addresses

If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before placing your order.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on:

  • Order size

  • Delivery location

  • Type of products ordered

Any applicable delivery fees will be clearly shown before payment is completed.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Standard delivery usually takes:

3–7 working days after your order has been processed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Seasonal demand

  • Supplier delays

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Public holidays

  • Severe weather conditions

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services once your order has been dispatched.

5. Local Collection

Where local collection is offered, customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection.

Collection details and times will be confirmed by email or phone.

Please do not arrive for collection until confirmation has been provided.

6. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at checkout.

We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Additional delivery charges may apply if an order needs to be resent.

7. Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you believe your parcel has been lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • Details of the issue

  • Photos of any damaged items (if applicable)

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
