Refund Policy

At We Sew, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refund Policy explains your rights and our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
 

1. Standard Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with a non-personalised item, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With tags and packaging where applicable

  • Not personalised, embroidered, or custom printed

Proof of purchase or your order number will be required.

2. Personalised, Embroidered, and Printed Items

Due to the custom nature of personalised, embroidered, and printed garments, these items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless:

  • The item is faulty

  • The item is damaged

  • We have supplied the wrong item

  • There is a manufacturing defect

Please check all spelling, sizes, and order details carefully before placing your order.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the fault or incorrect item where possible

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

4. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your payment provider.

Original delivery charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless:

  • The item is faulty

  • The item is incorrect

  • The return is due to our mistake

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for returned parcels lost in transit.

6. Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for sizing issues on standard non-personalised items, subject to stock availability.

Exchanges for personalised items are generally not available unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

7. Cancellations

Orders for standard items may be cancelled before dispatch.

Personalised or custom orders may not be cancelled once production has started.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.
